About these terms

These terms apply when you use batinstudio.com or hire Batin Studio for CRO, design or development work. A signed proposal or agreement for your project takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Services

We research, design, build and run conversion tests on Shopify stores, and ship winning changes as code. Every engagement starts with a call to confirm the work is a good fit.

Plans and billing

• Monthly: $1,999 per month, billed monthly. You can cancel anytime.
• Yearly: $1,899 per month, billed upfront as $22,788 for twelve months.
• Hourly: $29 per hour with a 5-hour minimum, then billed for actual time tracked.

Third-party tools (such as Intelligems, analytics apps and time-tracking tools) are paid for by you directly and are not included in our fees.

Your responsibilities

• Give us the store and tool access we need, and keep it active during the engagement.
• Review and approve changes we propose before they go live where agreed.
• Keep your own backups of your store and theme.

Results

Testing tells us what works for your shoppers. We can’t guarantee that any test will win or that results will reach a particular number.

Ownership

Once paid for, the designs and code we create for your store belong to you. We keep ownership of our own tools, apps and know-how, and may reuse general techniques that don’t include your confidential information.

Confidentiality

We keep your store data, numbers and plans confidential and use them only to do the work.

Our Shopify apps

Show Discount and Auto Media Optimizer are provided through the Shopify App Store. Their plans and billing are handled by Shopify, as shown on each app’s listing.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
