Who we are
Batin Studio ("we", "us") is a Shopify CRO agency, registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, with our team based in Bangladesh. This policy covers our website (batinstudio.com), our client services, and our Shopify apps: Show Discount: Dynamic Pricing and Auto Media Optimizer. Contact: hello@batinstudio.com.
Information we collect on this website
- When you contact us: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us.
- When you book a call: bookings are handled by Google Calendar, which receives the details you enter (such as your name and email).
- Usage data: if analytics are enabled, we collect pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, to understand how the site is used.
Information in client work
When you hire us, you may give us access to your Shopify store, analytics and testing tools. We use that access only to deliver the work you hired us for, keep it confidential, and remove our access when the engagement ends or when you ask.
Our Shopify apps
When a merchant installs one of our apps, Shopify gives the app access to the store data it needs to work. Depending on the app, this includes store owner information (such as name and email), product and collection data, discounts (Show Discount) and files and images (Auto Media Optimizer).
- We use this data only to provide and support the app.
- We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We respond to Shopify’s data requests and deletion requests (including when a store uninstalls an app) as Shopify requires.
How we use information
- To reply to you and run calls you book.
- To deliver client work and operate our apps.
- To improve this website and our services.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business, such as Google (calendar and email), our hosting provider, analytics tools and Shopify. We don’t sell personal information.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to how we use it. Email hello@batinstudio.com and we’ll respond within the time the law requires.
